Refund and Returns Policy

ALE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS provides a 100% money back guarantee if, at any time during the first 7 days after purchasing the ALE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS product, you are not satisfied with the product or are unwilling to continue conducting business with ALE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS.

In order to obtain a refund, you must "undo" the repairs provided by the ALE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS program. This can be done by going to the Add/Remove programs and choosing ALE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS Repair. From there you can choose to: Remove ALE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS application, Revert changes Revert and remove ALE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS All options reside under the uninstall wizard, however, for a refund, only option B is necessary. Additionally, after you have run the "undo" function to return your machine to its original state, you must formally request a refund from ALE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS via our support page, under the Billing and invoices section.

Cancellation

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
